There is a 2.3m x 4.1m private pool where one can cool off quickly, before relaxing in a sun lounge and letting the sun do its work. The depth of the swimming pool is between 1.3m and 1.4m, and the water is kept clean with chlorine. With the pool view-veranda with garden chairs and a table for six guests, guests start their day with a good breakfast. One can get fresh vitamins in the garden – depending on the season, one can pick grapefruits or oranges from Ferienwohnung Estrenc Mallorca. Weiden Schafherden surrounds the Finca and the peace and tranquillity can only be broken by occasional brushing against the glöckchen – that is Landidylle pur! The plot of land has been expanded, and the finca is all alone. On one side of the property are the living quarters and on the other the garage. One can watch television (Satellitenempfang) or enjoy a warm evening by the fire in the living-essroom during autumn. The kitchen features all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a gas stove, and there is a dining table for six people to share meals together. Additionally, there is a large wood stove in the kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ventilation system, and a nightstand, invite you to sleep. In addition, one of them has a bathroom en-suite with a bath. There is a third bedroom with two single beds, a washstand, and an ensuite bathroom. A high chair for children and a baby bed are available upon request. Additionally, the house has a washing machine, a dryer, and a mattress. At the foot of Puig de Randa, Finca is located. It’s a great place for walking and cycling in the spring or heading to the beach in the summer since Es Trenc is just a short walk away. About 24 km away. A few kilometres away, Llucmajor offers everything for self-sufficiency, including good restaurants and supermarkets.
